How to reach the editor

For corrections to a published entry, include the URL and a brief statement of the disputed fact. We respond within 48 hours during the SA working week (Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 SAST).
Right of reply for jewellers and gift makers
If a year-spoke entry recommends a product category, we are happy to consider a named maker for inclusion in a subsequent refresh. Reach out with:
- Maker name and country of operation
- Product category and price point
- The anniversary year the product matches
- Whether you operate an affiliate programme (we always disclose, and we prefer it)
We do not accept payment for inclusion in editorial picks. We do enroll in affiliate programmes once a maker is recommended.
Press and partnership inquiries
For press inquiries, partnership proposals, or guest-contribution suggestions, use the same email above with the subject line "PRESS" or "PARTNERSHIP". We aim to respond within five working days.
What we do not respond to
- Anonymous tips that cannot be verified against a published source.
- Requests to alter editorial conclusions in exchange for commercial consideration.
- Demands for content takedown without identifying a specific factual error or legal basis.
